They let the tulips die back naturally. Its not because they have lazy gardeners.
We went to National trust Tyntesfield it was a rainy day in summer and we thought it would be a good idea to go as it would be quiet. How wrong we were, we had to park in the overflow car park! However it was one of the best National Trust places I have visited in my area it had so much history, and the kitchen garden was enormous! I will defiantly be going back this year because I think they have finished the restoration.
